Founder/CEO
Stan Carter
Stan has over 30 years of experience in venture-based, private equity, and M&A transactions. As a former Deloitte Structured Finance consultant, Stan worked in the capital markets with clients that originated securitized lending and pooled capital programs that provided fixed income instruments for institutional participants. That work provided Stan with insights that formulated the concepts for Kirby Creek Capital Partners, including how to design structured vehicles that streamline the placement of institutional and private capital and isolate the placement of capital from the risks of direct investment in deal-flow transactions. Stan has had opportunities to model the application of these concepts for several sectors including commercial and multifamily real estate, bulk commodities production and distribution, digital media and entertainment content, and targeted cash-flowing or distressed acquisitions. The general concept is providing fund participants with a fixed income during the holding period regardless of the level of activity of deal flow, and to provide upside participation in deal-flow assets and cash flows. Stan's education includes a BBA in International Business from American Intercontinental University and an MS in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
